Dr. Olsen is certified as a Medical Doctor, and Psychiatrist, with nearly 15 years of experience helping patients achieve optimal health outcomes.
Dr. Olsen approaches aesthetics from a unique position. As a medical doctor, she understands the physiological components to skin aging. As a psychiatrist, she recognizes the impact aging can have on a patient’s mental health, and overall wellbeing. Her goal is to help each patient reconnect with themselves, restore a positive self-image, and improve their quality of life.
Dr. Olsen completed her medical fellowship, and residency, at Georgia School of Medicine receiving her medical degree from St. George’s University. As a native of Florida and a lover of all outdoor activities, she’s well versed in the issue of sun exposure, and how to reverse its long-term effects.
From a personal perspective, Dr. Olsen shares the same concerns as many of her patients. Over the years, she has struggled with skin pigment changes, sun damage, acne, and general aging. Intervention through medical aesthetics gave her the confidence to be comfortable in her own skin, and to feel like the best version of herself. She’s now eager to help patients feel their most beautiful, empowered, and confident version of themselves.
Susan Shepherd is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner who has found her passion in medical aesthetics. Creative by nature, this career path has enabled her to pursue both her love of medicine, and artistry. Her goal is not to reconstruct patients, but to enhance their true beauty within.

Susan isn’t a 20-year old, and doesn’t wish to appear as one. She understands that with age comes a true appreciation of all that life has to offer, and that your features reflect upon those experiences. Her aim is to help you identify areas that negatively impact your confidence, and to create a customized treatment plan that helps refine what nature has already given you. She feels that when you embrace who you are and feel good about yourself, your inward spirit shines brighter.
Susan graduated from Austin Peay State University with her Bachelor’s degree in nursing, and obtained her Master’s degree from Georgetown University. Having traveled extensively with her family and retired-U.S. Army husband, Susan returns to her hometown to be closer to the friends and family she grew up with.
Kaley is a highly skilled licensed Aesthetician and a Lash Artist. She received her license 5 years ago and has been continuing her education and skills since.
Kaley developed a passion for skin care partly because of her own struggles with skin health through her life. She set out on a goal to not only learn about her own skin health but to help others in their skin care journey as well. It is one of her greatest pleasures to see someone that may be struggling with confidence or self-esteem due to their skin appearance undergo transformation through her care and education. Kaley has empathy for their plight and knows the impact it can have on their life.
Since her initial graduation she has went on to gain her Aesthetician Instructor license as well to ensure that she aids others in learning the skills and compassion it takes to help each individual under their care.
She is highly skilled in lash artistry, facials, and multiple other medical skin treatments. She looks forward to meeting each of her clients and does not see this as work but an opportunity to fulfill her own dreams while caring for others.
With years of experience and a passion for healthy, radiant skin, Jessica is dedicated to helping you achieve your individual skin health goals. Jessica's expertise lies in skin treatments, and she utilizes advanced techniques and technologies to address a wide range of skin concerns, from anti-aging, acne and scarring to premature signs of aging and hyperpigmentation. She also has extensive expertise in Radio Frequency, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, derma-planing and is a certified ZO Skin Health Expert.
Jessica believes in a healthy approach that combines in-clinic treatments with customized home care routines to deliver optimal results and lasting improvement. She loves to learn and is committed to continuous learning to staying at the forefront of the latest advancements in aesthetic technology and skincare science. Aesthetic Medicine is her passion.
